The Coaticook MRC’s Youth Employment Center approached us about taking their visual identity to a whole new level. While talking, we quickly realized their brand equity was practically nonexistent: their target audience (18 to 35 years old) wasn’t recognizing them, didn’t feel engaged… and didn’t even come knocking on their door!
